These Terms of Service govern the use of the PRIVYA DZ platform, accessible via the mobile application and website. PRIVYA DZ is a private sales platform offering branded products at reduced prices for a limited time, intended for consumers residing in Algeria. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service.
2.1. Registration is open to any individual aged 18 or over, residing in Algeria. 2.2. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information: first name, last name, email address, Algerian phone number (05xx, 06xx or 07xx). 2.3. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is presumed to have been performed by you. 2.4. PRIVYA DZ reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service.
3.1. Private sales are limited-time commercial events offering products at reduced prices. 3.2. Stock is limited. Product availability is only guaranteed after order confirmation. 3.3. Prices displayed are in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and include all applicable taxes. 3.4. Discounts shown are calculated against the brand's recommended retail price.
4.1. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms of Service and the obligation to pay. 4.2. Accepted payment methods are: β Cash on delivery (COD) β CIB card β BaridiMob 4.3. The order is confirmed after payment validation or, in the case of cash on delivery, after confirmation by our team. 4.4. A unique order number is assigned to you for tracking purposes.
5.1. PRIVYA DZ delivers across the entire Algerian territory, covering all 69 wilayas. 5.2. Delivery times are indicative and vary according to the destination wilaya: β Algiers and surroundings: 2 to 4 business days β Other wilayas: 4 to 8 business days 5.3. Delivery fees are displayed before order validation. Delivery is free above a certain purchase amount. 5.4. In case of absence during delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt.
6.1. You have 7 days from receipt to return a product. 6.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors. 6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original order.
7.1. All platform content (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law. 7.2. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
8.1. PRIVYA DZ strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platform, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. 8.2. PRIVYA DZ shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. 8.3. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may exist between the photo and the actual product.
PRIVYA DZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
10.1. These Terms of Service are governed by Algerian law. 10.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. 10.3. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Algiers shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
